David Bell started his career in the transportation industry in 1995, steadily advancing through various leadership roles. As CEO of Smith-Cargo Transportation, he successfully guided the company through a strategic exit and sale to a private equity firm. With over 30 years of experience in the transportation sector, David went on to co-found Lean Solutions Group, where he was instrumental in leading two private equity-backed liquidity events. Under his leadership, the organization expanded to more than 10,000 employees across Latin America. His contributions were pivotal in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategies, cultivating strategic partnerships, and defining its long-term vision. Currently, David serves as CEO and Co-Founder of an innovative platform that utilizes AI agents to automate and manage business communications—enhancing operational speed, accuracy, and visibility.

Craig Schneider is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tow4Tech, an innovative software solution designed for the commercial trucking industry. With over 30 years of experience in finance, he brings a wealth of business acumen to his leadership role, driving the company's growth and strategic direction. Craig is actively involved in all aspects of the business, from product development to market expansion, and works closely with product engineers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the company stays at the forefront of innovation. His visionary leadership and hands-on approach foster a company culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Before founding Tow4Tech, Craig built an impressive career in the financial sector, specializing in fixed income securities and wealth management. He held key roles at prestigious Wall Street firms, including Raymond James and Cantor Fitzgerald, where he established a reputation for navigating complex financial landscapes with precision and expertise.
Craig earned a B.S. degree in marketing from Syracuse University. He lives in Parkland, Florida, with his wife and three children. Outside of the office he enjoys golfing, and skiing.

Ziv Gillat is the CTO of Tow4Tech, a SaaS-based enterprise platform transforming the $12 billion commercial-fleet towing industry. Since co-founding the company with CEO Craig Schneider in 2024, he leads the company’s technology, product strategy, and engineering teams. His leadership ensures that Tow4Tech continues to provide powerful, user-friendly tools for fleet managers—reducing “Time to Tow” and streamlining roadside assistance through real-time geolocation and automation. Well-respected for blending his deep technical expertise with strategic vision, Ziv empowers his team to innovate and execute at scale.
Ziv holds a BS degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Based in Mountain View, California, he enjoys mentoring emerging tech founders and startup teams, as well as biking, photography, and travel.
